25ml Bombay Sapphire Gin
15ml Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Honey Syrup (3 parts honey / 1 part water)
125 ml Premium Tonic Water
1/2 Orange Wheel
Directions
  1. Pour your ingredients into a large wine glass (except the tonic)
  2. Fill your glass to the top with cubed ice
  3. Top with chilled tonic water and gently stir to integrate the flavours
  4. Finish with half an orange wheel as a garnish before you serve
